Overview
You learn about the company, its values and purpose and how it functions. You work with other interns on a project unrelated to your role, but majority of work is relevant to your role within your specific team. I worked mostly on scripting, automation and DevOps, as well as with some XSLT and XML, and a little bit of front end.
Skills
Mostly developed a lot of skills, as I had previous software engineering experience. I learned a lot of new tools and technology as well.
Responsibilities
I had a lot of responsibility and big projects, because the lead software engineer recognized my previous experience.
Support & Guidance
Just the right amount. I could ask questions and everyone was helpful, but nobody was micro managing me and nobody held my hand.
Culture
It was very friendly and nice
Your Impressions
It was great
Yes
Your thinking skills matter more than practicing a lot of example coding questions
