The role involves supporting team members in on-going projects

The internship helped me build credible and trusted working relationships with a range of customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
During the internship we had to takes ownership for our actions and follows through on commitments. Overall, we had an open and honest approach, acting with integrity and doing the right thing.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from my line manager. They played a pastoral role as well as my day to day manager
Culture
The culture at NatWest is fantastic. I felt well supported throughout my placement.
