Overview
As part of my role in enterprise I help manage a fleet of over 100 cars, make sales in retail, insurance and fleet services.
Skills
I have improved my time management skills as it is a demanding job that requires good organisation skills
Responsibilities
This job definitely gives you a lot of responsibility straight away and allows you to work off your own initiative.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support is provided and everyone is willing to help. You are pushed to make your own decisions and helps with the learning process
Culture
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, they have a very open book policy and are very honest
