Overview
Day to day involves serving customers, delivering and collecting cars, admin work including controlling the daily costs of running a business. My role contained alot of responsibility and being able to run a fleet of vehicles to hire.
Skills
Presentation skills improved massively, many opportunities including an Intern of the year completion up at head office. Existing skills I have improved on is customer service as the role is every customer facing and requires you to be a ‘people person’
Responsibilities
Considering you are an Intern you are given much responsibility, including being able to run the branch on your own and being responsible to drive certain areas of the business.
Support & Guidance
Support from my management was great, everyone at Enterprise is extremely friendly and always happy to help if you reach out.
Culture
Company culture is inclusive and does reward you for hard work. Atmosphere in the branch is very face paced sometimes stressful however the people you work with make the job worth it.
Your Impressions
One of the best experiences I have had and best decisions I made doing this placement year. Developed soft skills immensely and met the best people.
Yes
Company values are everything, also a high level of commitment is needed.
