Overview
Shadowing and doing any work given to me by my assigned team. Also completed a business project with a group of other interns
Skills
I have developed my teamwork, communication and time management skills, as well as my confidence in presenting and interviews. I have learned about new ways of working, presentation techniques and much ore about how the company's processes work.
Responsibilities
I was not given much responsibility initially within my placement, but i was able to get some work to do towards the end. There was scope for gaining more responsibility though through reaching out to people and getting involved with my business project.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Culture
Great culture and atmosphere. Everyone is committed to their work but also has time to chat and build relationships. It is a very positive place to work
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship. I wonder if it could have been better planned out in some areas, but overall it was a great experience.
Yes
It is a great place to work, but be prepared to reach out and seek opportunities yourself rather than being handed everything.
