Overview
As a management trainee we were a crucial part to the day to day, no day was the same, main responsibility’s were to serve customers, deliver and pick up cars, admin work such as calling customers regarding their hire and using our initiative to make decisions and learn
Skills
I have definitely improved my team working skills, communication, leadership, business management into practice, confidence, professional work ethic and lots more
Responsibilities
I was most definitely given responsibility during my internship and was not treated any differently to permanent staff, I had even managed the day towards the end of my internship
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support as the program is built to develop trainees, ranging from head office training days, one to one’s with the area managers and regular one to one’s with the branch manager to track your development
Culture
It was a very friendly environment, we had work night outs, social group chats and everyone felt included
