Overview
Being a management trainee meant undertaking various roles that would help keep each day operating efficiently and effectively. Customer service was most important, and this is drilled into the culture of the company, knowing how to talk to customers on the phone, risk analysis, marketing, sales, businesses development, employee development, fleet reconciliation. All of these were part of my day to day at Enterprise
Skills
Interpersonal skills. Communication, speaking, listening, confidence. You must learn and adapt quickly at enterprise as the work environment is fast paced and you are often working under pressure for prolonged periods in the day.
Responsibilities
Yes, each employee is given a specific aspect of the business that they are in charge of, for example my two roles were customer service, making sure we were providing the best service we could each time and that no problems went unresolved, and insurance conversion, keeping track of converting insurance bookings into hire
Support & Guidance
Every single day. If I had any questions, I was constantly reassured that I could reach out to those above me for help at any time. This made me feel at ease and increased my confidence exponentially.
Culture
Enterprise has an amazing culture that is drilled in to every individual within the business. The goal is to then convert this culture into good customer service and profitability. Work environment was also great, young individuals who are eager to learn and strive for greatness each day
