Overview
We specialise in all things Amazon to enable brands to maximise their potential using the seller central platform. This involves liaising with the brand representatives to formulate strategies, and implementing these strategies by deploying different tactics within seller central.
Skills
People skills - through connecting with new people regularly. Time management/ organisational skills - by being responsible for managing multiple brands at once. Problem solving/ strategic skills.
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility from the get go, more than I would expect you typically get at other placement schemes. It was nice to be trusted to work by yourself, and ample opportunities for support were in place in case you needed help.
Support & Guidance
Lots, I worked closely with a more experienced member of the team, but it was also easy to get in touch with anyone to ask for support and collaboration.
Culture
Laid back and fun, everyone is made to feel comfortable and able to be themselves. There is a good balance between serious work talk and informal talk.
