Overview
Working with your team to provide excellent service to all customers. Saving new and editing existing reservations. Delivering cars to corporate customers, picking up customers for a courtesy car when they are unable to commute, as well as collecting cars after the rental has ended.
Skills
I have learnt to work hard as a team and always put the customer first to provide excellent service. I have developed my communication, time-management, teamwork skills as well as development my overall confidence in the workplace
Responsibilities
I was given the responsibility, along with my team to plan the days ahead to ensure that every customer gets the vehicle they have booked. I was responsible for providing the best customer service for everyone whilst ensuring all vehicles are delivered on time, collected on time and in a safe condition.
Support & Guidance
I was supported throughout the entire year, full training was provided to ensure I was fully able to complete my daily tasks to the best of my ability.
Culture
The company culture was excellent and is something Enterprise ensure to maintain which makes the workplace very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere at the company is very positive and the friendly competition between colleagues makes the daily tasks that need to be done even more enjoyable.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement year with Enterprise because I feel as if I progressed personally, improved my workplace skills and made some good connections along the way. It was also great experience for my university studies as it has allowed me to enhance my business knowledge
