Overview
As part of a daily rental employee, each day starts with a meeting followed by roles given to each person. We deal with insurance, breakdown, bodyshop and retail customers. In the Out of Hours team we deal with deals outside normal branch hours. The OOH team deal with insurances and breakdowns.

Responsibilities
We are given full responsibility to decide on decision which would help do right by the customer. This is because enterprise is big on customer service.
