Responsibilities
Yes - was given a lot of responsibility! By the end of placement I was starting to run the branch myself on some days when it was needed. You need to work off your own initiative a lot of the time and think on your feet.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from all my managers I worked with and was always guided well.
Culture
The company culture is great - you work hard but are rewarded hard with lots of different incentives. The general atmosphere is also really good, everyone is friendly and open and there's lot of different company events throughout the year.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed my placement at Enterprise - learned so many valuable skills and have enjoyed the responsibility I have been given! Met some great people and made some good friends.
Yes
It is hard at first due to information overload, but once the penny drops it is great! Learn so many transferrable skills and is a really good place to do a placement.
