Overview
Helping fulfill an assistant relationship manager role, supporting the Senior relationship managers - being the company's main point of contact at the bank, helping them find solutions.
Skills
Yes, team work has improved a lot. I've also been able to improve my financial literacy massively.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a couple projects which directly added value to the banks activities, in terms of finding and obtaining new customers.
Support & Guidance
A great deal, the placement was really well managed by the early careers team and felt supported all along the way. My manager was aware of the structure of my programme and was able to make allowances for these things.
Culture
Great - Natwest is big on purpose and this shows in their activities. In the office, there is a friendly atmosphere and the overall feel at the bank is very people-focused.
