Overview
Analysis and building a predictive model for specific government bonds.
Skills
Mostly improved existing technical skills (using different Python libraries).
Responsibilities
Yes, in terms of building a model, I was encouraged a lot to come forward with my own ideas.
Support & Guidance
I had weekly meetings with my manager, sometimes even more than once a week, to figure out the next step and discuss the work I've done.
Culture
Overall, very approachable and supportive.
Your Impressions
I think it was very meaningful - both in improving my existing skills and acquiring new ones. During the 8 weeks I got to meet a lot of talented and experienced people, whose advice and guidance helped a lot.
