Overview
Assisting the team with every-day tasks and working on an internship project
Skills
Deep foundations for the debt capital markets, excel and ppt skills and presentation/ public speaking skills
Responsibilities
I love how the team delegated tasks with day-to-day impact, thus giving me the opportunity to contribute to their deals.
Support & Guidance
The DCM team is great with support and training - they always got an open ear for questions and even taught us interns the basic of DCM in small groups.
Culture
The general atmosphere was non-hierarchical and friendly. Extremely supportive and open.
Your Impressions
I loved the placement, in particular in comparison with other placements that do not have the Japanese culture.
