Overview
Dealing with customer service on a day-to-day basis, communicating regularly with customers, businesses and accounts, verbal and online communication. Managing and mentoring new trainees. Teamworking and working sales skills

Learnt how to upsell and improve my managing skills. Developed my leadership skills further.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of responsibilities during my placement which Iam grateful for as it showed my manager has a lot of trust in me to get the job done and it is very encouraging. It has also allowed me to learn more skills and develop further in the branch.

My manager and assistant managers have been very helpful in always answering my questions and teaching me their management skills.
