Overview
I answer phone calls from customers and deal with customers face to face and go through rental contracts with customers. I also deliver and collect vehicles from customers. Also I pick up customers who are unable to get into the branch. I also marketed enterprise to other companies to try and win business.
Skills
I have learnt better verbal communication and management skills along with sales skills aswell.
Responsibilities
yes I was given a lot of responsibility in the branch i worked at and there was always opportunity to gain more.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from managers and colleagues and it really helped me in my placement year.
Culture
The general atmosphere was great and I felt very included and welcomed and it was a great working environment.
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my internship and I don't think it could have gone better.
Yes
Just be yourself and have a bit of background in customer service as that is key.
