Overview
Providing excellent customer service to customers on a daily basis. Day to day running of the branch, calling customers, selling excess products to customers, completing admin tasks, ensuring damage is documented in vehicles and that the fleet of cars is in good condition

Responsibilities
Once you learn how the business works you are constantly given more and more responsibility the more you learn. Taking on different captaincy roles on different sectors of the business throughout your placement. Towards the end of the placement running the branch by yourself.
Support & Guidance
You have a mentor through the year but I wasn’t that much in touch with mine. Also regular train gun throughout the year. Majority of guidance comes from managers and assistant managers in the branch
Culture
There is a great inclusiveness in enterprise encouraging different cultures. Lots of charity work and chances for you to get involved in things e.g pride, female focus groups
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement, made lots of friends developed many skills that will be important to me in later life. The only issue with this job is the hours that you work and how stressful it can be. Generally the good outweighs the bad though
Yes
If you are prepared to work hard and put in the effort you we exceed at this job. Everyone has a similar mindset so you will make loads of new mates. You are always pushed and encouraged to do your best also
