Overview
Collaborating with the team on multiple projects related to the issuance of Acquisition Debt in Energy & Infrastructure, engaging in due diligence analysis, debt sculpting / cash flow waterfall modeling, and production of slides to pitch the transactions to the credit committee for internal approval
Skills
Developed modeling skills specifically related to this activity (asset-based lending, instead of having a corporate valuation) and to the sector; enhanced presentation skills; developed a better understanding of the Infrastructure industry and of the Finance industry as well

When applying, try to understand the unique features of the bank: for example, it is a pure Investment Bank, since its activity in EMEA is not based on funds collected via deposits, which affects the strategic positioning of the bank.
