Responsibilities
At the start they give you little tasks to get the feel of working for the first time around the first week. Then they start giving you higher level tasks. By the second month I had the same amount of responsibility as a normal developer. I was deploying versions to pre-prod and prod. You can take more responsibility or less responsibility depending on how confident you are
Support & Guidance
Always supported and helped through out the whole year. Great support networks and everyone is willing to help you along the way
Culture
Amazing culture and everyone was great to work with. Did not have a bad experience.
