Overview
Check emails in the morning, maybe some team calls to check capacity, followed by some client work or working on my group case study project
Skills
Became familiar with working in a professional environment, use of Excel (including shortcuts), general formatting and research using MARKABLES, ktMINE and Capital IQ
Responsibilities
Quite a lot for an intern. I worked on an actual PPA and was given a lot of independence (with guidance of course)
Support & Guidance
A lot. Along with HR, I also had access to everyone in my team including a buddy and my line manager
Culture
Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. They know how to take their work seriously without being too stern/serious about themselves.
Your Impressions
A large extent. It was my first time working in a professional environment, and I really enjoyed getting involved in various bits of work and meeting everyone
