Overview
Product Owners are responsible for the execution of the product development vision and strategy for their assigned products. They work with a variety of partners to understand business requirements, build and maintain the product backlog, successfully lead development efforts through their respective life cycles including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums. Product Owners provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by IT and other business partners. Product Owners assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful customer enablement within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders. They also monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate product performance and adoption.
