Overview
Individual project into accessibility, as well as other intern project working with Employee resource groups, charity project and self lead development and networking.
Skills
Learnt skills in product management, accessibility and networking
Responsibilities
Yes, given an independent project to lead and deliver myself, as well as projects with other interns. Given a lot of self development opportunities, and the independence to plan visits to other areas of the company.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from a graduate buddy, placement manager and graduate placement manager. Weekly check-ins as well as constant feedback from all of these.
Culture
Everyone was so welcoming and happy to speak to me, even when visiting other areas of the bank for self organized days.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed it all, work was an appropriate level of difficulty. Plenty of opportunities to meet new people and engage with people working across the bank.

Get stuck in, if you don't ask you don't get and most of the time people are very happy to make time to speak to you.
