Overview
Working with databases and writing SQL queries. Using Power BI to pull data and display it in a user-friendly way. Attending daily stand-ups and meetings with manager and team.

Responsibilities
Worked with a group of interns as a feature team to deliver a useable product to the business. Responsibility to manage our team ourselves as scrum master roles. We worked closely with our managers to deliver updates and get feedback/guidance.
Support & Guidance
Early Careers Team gave lots of support, reaching out multiple times to see how to the internship was going and if we felt we were getting enough support. Managers were keen to give lots of time to help give us guidance and feedback. They set up meetings to help us when we were stuck. Lots of encouragement and check-ins to make sure that we were given enough work and feeling confident with our tasks.
Culture
Very open and approachable culture - everyone is very friendly and more than willing to help or share their experiences.
