Overview
Working in the the Finance department at M&G. Working as an inter you will experience one specific business area for 8 weeks. The first week is an induction week.

Responsibilities
I was only given tasks which the business would have done anyway. I also worked on tasks which were important at the CFO level.
Support & Guidance
I was supported by everyone at the company including the business area and also early careers team.
Culture
Very good company culture and general atmosphere. Everyone is supportive in the process and at the business.

I enjoyed it immensely. Everyone was very supporting in the role and the opportunities presented allowed me to grow.
