Overview
I was mainly focusing on prospect engagement, working on social media, email automation and video production. I visited agencies that CBS work with, as well as met with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
I was given a fair amount of independent work during the placement. Once I learnt the skills/general gist of how to complete them, I worked by myself to get them done but always had support when I needed it.
Support & Guidance
I was really well supported during the placement, both by the Early Careers Team, my marketing team, the GTMs and my peers. I felt I always had someone to go to for help, without judgement or feeling like it was inconvenient.
Culture
I found the culture really welcoming and positive. Even though the work was completed, there was still such a relaxed and friendly vibe across the company. I really appreciated the emphasis on employee wellbeing and recognition.
Your Impressions
I hugely enjoyed the experience and feel very emotional about leaving. I feel the work and development really beneficial. I have absolutely loved the people I have met along the way and feel really rewarded and empowered by the placement.
