The Role
It wasn' a struggle, it was not a challeng in the slightest, very boing
We were supposed to be a team but no one treated you like that you were always an outsider
If you don't know what you are doing you are left to it, no help provided people just make you look stupid when you ask for help.
bored
A fair bit but no one cared
Horrible experiene
The Company
Outsider, rude, non supportive, members just gossip about others
Others were done better
They were too bothered about their money didnt want to spend any cuz of the credit crunch
Working from home
Good company, wrong team.
The Culture
