Overview
On a day to day the role involved managing the copy approval process of marketing materials in the digital system. Keep track of the inventory and order new stock when needed. Support and contribute during customer workshops and lead and organise internal workshops to raise product awareness. Be a part of CSR team and help with communications and fundraising acitvities
Skills
Yes, I have learnt so much starting from the industry itself, marketing, sales and generally how the business works. Also you improve your communication, organisation and time-management skills
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given plenty of responsiblities since I was a part of a small team so there were a lot of opportunities to take initiative and maybe ask for extra tasks
Support & Guidance
I was very lucky with my training and how the transition from previous intern to a new starter was very effective
Culture
The company culture was great, everyone is very supportive but again since it was a small department and people knew each other for a long period of time so it felt like a family there. But I would say it will be different if I was a part of a bigger site
Your Impressions
I overall enjoyed my year. The training, the team and the work itself had everything I wanted out of the year. I would give a score of 8/10
