The Role
My enjoyment has been significantly increased by my work in the last two or three months having moved into a sellers position. Up until then I would rated this a bit lower as a more support/ ops role did not really suit me.
Although often we would not be working in the same office, there was plenty of time to still meet up and receive feedback in both written and verbal form. We also had quarterly sales meetings with socials where we could meet the wider team.
Guided well, good support from my line manager, who really helped me by allowing me to take on added responsibility. There is also a proffessional development manager who is on hand to help.
Varied during the placement Sometimes very quiet but in recent weeks very busy.
Alot towards the end, having the chance to sign business or the company and managing my own accounts.
My communication skills have been greatly improved as well as office etiquette.
The Company
Lots of other interns around and a flexible work place, meant that it was a good atmosphere to work in.
Very well organised.
Lots of free courses. Much more to come as a graduate with sales school etc.

Good chance of getting a role as a graduate.
The Culture
Yes really good as there are so many!!
As you would expect london is very expensive But the near enough 20k salary inc london weighting and bonus is very helpful.
On the southbank just a 15 minute walk from the west end- couldn't be much better.
Lots of giveback opportunities which IBM definitely encourage.
