Overview
Regularly checking in with the rest of the team to see if anyone needs help. often working on profiles, re-creation of slides, improvement of slides, some modelling work. Last thing includes a lot of networking and getting to know your individual team and working on your group project.
Skills
i have learnt to use xls and ppt at far more efficient speeds, learnt how to talk and express and network effectively
Responsibilities
Quire a lot of responsibility, however all/most of my work was looked over by an analyst or associate before having it sent or shared
Support & Guidance
A lot of guidance, though some period were a bit more quiet as times people are very busy. Though, during slightly more quiet periods where everyone is less stressed and have more time, a lot of helpful and meaningful feedback was given
Culture
Culture and atmosphere was fantastic. Super friendly, inviting, and just genuinely an area where one would want to work.
Your Impressions
Loved it. There were times of stress and a lot of intensity, but it was just the right balance and level as there were the right pillars to support in those times where needed.
Yes
Just be honest, work hard, and give it your all. They will recognise whether your personality, culture and skill is what they are looking for. It will be intense but try to enjoy it and meet as many people as possible
