Overview
Attend monthly meetings with local and global Marketing teams to discuss projects development, key results from markets and asks. Organise minutes of meetings and share across the team Support with Project timelines, weekly meeting minutes and follow up tasks with cross functional team Co-lead preparation of presentations with project updates for decision-making forums with the leadership team Use if Veevalink for referencing and project upload onto the portal
Skills
I have developed my presentation skills and improved organisation and time management skills. Additionally built up communication skills including improving my self confidence
Responsibilities
I was giving more responsibility than I thought I would before starting the job. You are allocated a specific project to be in charge of and therefore responsible for the project management as well as updating the team weekly on how the project is going
Support & Guidance
I have received a lot of support from both my manager as well as my placement tutor during my time
Culture
The company culture could not have been better as everyone was really supportive and welcoming
