Overview
Part of the FP&A team. Month, quarter and year end activities to consolidate final results. Analysis of results and development of new strategies.
Skills
Hard and soft skills. Microsoft, specially excel. PowerBI. SAP. Also communication and presenting skills.
Responsibilities
Since the last I was assigned a number of tasks that I had to complete every month and a lot of people were dependent on these. As the placement went on I was given more tasks and more responsibilities as people saw that I could be trusted.
Support & Guidance
A lot. My manager and I had a catch up every week where we went through everything that I was doing and was constantly offering support. Other team members also offered help all the time
Culture
Very good company to work for. Everyone is very nice and involved and will try to make work as easy as possible.

I very much enjoyed it and would recommend everyone to do this experience

Always be yourself because that’s what they like here. don’t be afraid to ask questions and it’s ok to make mistakes
