Overview
The 2 days on zoom consisted of a range of activities including group presentations from the position of an engineer aswell as talks from LBG employees about their experience within the company.
Skills
I’ve developed my presentation and listening skills as these are key when working in a team especially virtually.
Business Insight
It allowed me to narrow down the career goals I have as u can recognise the different career path opportunities. Also I have gained insight into the graduate role application process including assessment centres.
Culture
The culture was a very positive one that championed growth within the company.

I enjoyed it a lot and has encouraged me to look for other similar opportunities at LBG

I would say to not be intimidated if they don’t know everything as Lloyds supports teaching their employees.
