Overview
My role is to be part of the team and help complete tasks/projects assigned to me. Collaborate with others to achieve this and learn ore about the buisness.
Skills
yes, I have been able to try all new things due to my project and reviewing the business projects and applications. I have been able to be more adaptable in a team and individually.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility to code a section for their new application and develop something for the business. It is agile enough to be used throughout the company.
Support & Guidance
I hade many people paired to me to be my guides. My team was very useful and made sure I was able to seek help.
Culture
Everyone is super friendly and happy to help. Most of all people want to help you learn and are willing to take time out to do this.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, I was placed in a lovely team that really wanted to help and uplift me. They made sure I was put in contact with any team/person I had been made/was interested in.
