Overview
Given a 10 week project to complete. Project required collecting information on Moddy's and our competitors GTM messaging approach when it came to climate and ESG products within banking, then had to conduct a competitor analysis using this information and present my findings to various different teams.
Skills
Yes, i have been able to develop my research and critical analyses skills further, as well as my reporting writing skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, by the middle/ end of my internship, i was put onto a small side project where i was able to take the lead, and apply my project work into a real life example.
Support & Guidance
a fair amount of guidance. at the beginning of my internship my managers had laid out a week by week guideline of what they expected me to complete. we also had weekly calls to make sure i was on the right track, it was also a great opportunity for me to ask questions to my managers.
Culture
the company culture at Moody's is extremely friendly, I really felt like i was part of the team and an employee at Moody's. the team is also extremely diverse and open..
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed this internship, it passed all my expectations and I am extremely grateful that I got to work for a company such as Moody's. not only did i get to develop new skills, but i also got to develop different connections and new opportunities
Yes
Make sure you have a good understanding of Moody's as a company, not just the ratings side of Moody's. prepare well for interviews and make sure you put your best first impression forward.
