  • Helping graduates and consultants with client work including performance monitoring and asset transfers Working on intern projects alongside including presentations, fact sheets and emails in areas such as asset allocation for pension schemes, LDIs, DGFs

  • Great culture - everyone was welcoming and friendly Lots of social’s including pizza, rounders and nights out

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I did really enjoy it but also struggled at times with the amount of work as well as the fact interns were expected to come into the office everyday meaning I had to commute in everyday Overall everyone in the Winchester team was really friendly and welcoming meaning I felt supported and welcomed in my placement

  • In online interviews and assessment centres be yourself - the team are really welcoming Make sure to brush up on areas of investment consulting prior to assessment centres - for example what is the difference between defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
