Overview
Interns are assigned projects that perfectly prepare you for roles and tasks that you would participate in as an analyst. This takes up the majority of your time but you balance this with client work and every intern is invited to a research meeting.
Skills
I have learnt key presentation skills as well as new research methods. On a technical side, you are taught all the key terms and there application to the world of investment
Responsibilities
Yes. You are responsible for the drafting of client work that has real importance ranging from asset transfers to performance reports
Support & Guidance
A lot of guidance from your 2 buddies, 2 team leaders and range of people in the office
Culture
Very friendly atmosphere and somewhere you would be happy working at long term
