Overview
Assisting the estate management team. Helping draft FBTs and grazing licenses as well as heads of terms. Going out onsite to help with property inspections and meeting clients as well as showing potential tenants around properties. Sitting in on trustee and management meetings of estates.
Skills
Developing time management skills. I have also learnt how to be professional in terms of writing emails or letters. Learning about different tenancies. Overall, I have extended my knowledge on the industry
Responsibilities
I felt the effort I put in to the tasks I was doing had a genuine reflection in the overall result of a project.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and guidance was given. Everyone was very friendly and if I needed to ask a question and they were more than happy to help.
