Overview
We worked on a web project for a non-profit. On a day-to-day basis, this meant a daily standup just after starting work and programming and code reviews for the rest of the day with a lunch break between 1230 and 1330
Skills
I developed many skills, particularly in programming in a team environment and in general web development.
Responsibilities
We were responsible for giving a demo to the client as well as a couple to others in the company.
Support & Guidance
There were always people to ask for help, particularly from our trainer and fellow interns.
Culture
Great. Everyone is extremely friendly and the office makes a huge effort to organise and fund socials that were frequent and enjoyable.
Your Impressions
It was very rewarding, particularly as our work went to improving the operations of a charity and the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming.

Make the most of all the non-work opportunities, the people and events are the best bit.
