Overview
The virtual internships was a Zoom meeting. It would span over 2 days and be from 9:00 - 16:30 o'clock with breaks in between. There were 3 individuals from which I thought kept the presentation engaging rather than if it was only one person. Throughout the day there would be group activities and tasks to complete. Overall it was a great experience!

Business Insight
It is vital to me to understand what the potential role is like. Given it was an employability event, we talked about Lloyds Banking group general and didn't get into specifics as much as I feel we could hav3 done but I understand that it's due to a wide pool of people who all are in different places in their lives.

Check out their talent group website. Help them understand that not all apprenticeships are solely post A-levels but that you can also do one post undergraduate course (level 7) instead of a Masters degree
