Responsibilities
Personally, I have been given little responsibility during the internship. However, the level of responsibility assigned to you largely depends on your manager and the team you work in.
Support & Guidance
Since the internship was broken down into several projects, the level of support varied.
Culture
The general atmosphere was great, especially among younger employees. It was great to meet and network among highly motivated, like-minded people.
Your Impressions
I greatly enjoyed the work I did with other interns and graduates - it was fun and inspiring. However, the tasks given to me by my line manage were always poorly communicated, with fluctuating expectations.
