Overview
A quick overview of my job would be a customer service representative. Each day is very different . Tasks on a day to day basis looks like getting ready for each customer . Checking customers in and out of vehicles while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a they have a smooth interaction .
Skills
I have learned more skills than I could have ever had . One would be communication. I really feel I have developed this as much as I could . I have also learned how to really work as part of a team. Aswell as that I have learned problem solving skills, time management and even developed my customer services skills further .
Responsibilities
Yes. Throughout my internship I was given the responsibility of running the branch on a day to day basis . This involved making sure all cars were ready to go . Each customer was taken care of to the best of our ability and ensure everyone leaves very happy with out service
Support & Guidance
I had the best team around me and my manager and both my assistants managers were there for me whenever I needed them. I felt that I could go to them for anything and I could ask them for any help that I needed .
Culture
Personally, I had the best team I could have ever asked for . Everyone was so supportive of each other and there was never a full atmosphere. Every day was possible and if anything bad happened we would find a way to turn it into a positive.
