Overview
The role involves working on projects in the same capacity as an entry level Associate. This involves delivering client presentations, attending meetings, excel modelling.
Skills
Yes, I have definitely developed my excel and powerpoint skills. I have also improved my self confidence in a professional environment, improved my communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was able to drive sections of the work independently where it was possible
Support & Guidance
I have received a lot of guidance and support from colleagues, who would always take the time to delegate tasks to me and explain what was expected.
Culture
The culture is relaxed but employees are ambitious and care about personal development
