Calculate member transfer value/trivial commutation queries, update monthly assumptions and test cases, checking updated models using hand calculations, drafting emails, timesheets, excel work

Everyone is nice, friendly, social. Not at all competitive and everyone working together to do a good job as opposed to everyone out for themselves.

Very enjoyable and insightful. There were some quiet times, but if you make an effort to ask around, there will be work to do.
