  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • The work balance was quite difficult to get right due to the nature of the role. It was a new role so nothing was completely defined. In comparison to other roles who had set out daily tasks my role was a lot less organised and balanced.

    2/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The set up was well organised in ensuring we knew what we were doing and the hiring process. During placement there were opportunities that arised that not everyone got to be a part of. Towards the end this had started to change however it was too late.

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They gave me opportunities to develop skills by setting up numerous presentation both individual and group. The offer free online learning courses in most aspects of the business as well as IT skills. They enabled me to go to classroom training which will be beneficial to my future career. Overall they invested a good amount into me. As there is a really high number of placement students this is a good level of training and development they offer.
