Overview
Balanced workload. Various working tasks with full supports from the whole team.
Skills
Yes, I have learnt new mapping software including QGIS and advanced my excel skills using power query and VBA code.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given full responsibility for all the tasks assigned to me with full support from my mentor and the whole team.
Support & Guidance
I have a mentor as my first contact in daily working to ask any questions. He is super supportive. The whole team took good care of me from graduates to directors. For each specific assigned task, full guidance and instant support is available from the member who gave me the task. Workload check-in is on daily basis with mentor and weekly basis with the whole team.
Culture
Very friendly and supportive. I got many chances to networking with other department in the office or same department in different offices.
