Overview
My role involved interpreting content briefs, liaising with stakeholders to prepare all that is needed for the video shoot, scheduling shoot, liaising with editors for video edits, receiving and implementing feedback from stakeholders, delivering final content. Other activities include editing videos and podcasts, attending team meetings and commissioning sessions.
Skills
Yes. I learnt production, stakeholder management, networking, and built up on project management, editing skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given real projects.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my line manager, mentor and buddy. They were very supportive, always asking if I had questions, always teaching me new things and checking if I had enough work.
Culture
Friendly. People are willing to fix coffee chats with you and talk about what they do.
