Overview
Collaborating with the team to assist with tasks such as working with data and creating slide decks for management. Engaging in team meetings; listening attentively and taking notes. Contributing to ongoing projects - by revising slide decks with fresh data and new information. Having coffee chats with individuals across various lines of businesses to gain insights into their roles and responsibilities.
Skills
Strengthened technical expertise - through participation in an excel training program at Wells Fargo, complimented by practical application and insights gained from experienced team members. Enhanced communication skills - demonstrated through effective communication with internal clients via email and engaging with various individuals across the organization. Increases collaboration skills - by working with a diverse team on various projects.
Responsibilities
I was given a reasonable amount of responsibility such as being able to respond to internal clients requests such as request for a document; whilst copying in my manager. Additionally, actively contributing to various projects.
Support & Guidance
I was given excellent support and guidance both from my line manager and the intern development program team.
