Overview
You will do two rotations. The intership gives you a very good insight and you can talk to a lot of people across the markets division. depending on the rotation you will get different tasks. this could be either a long term project or as well helping in the day to day business.
Skills
I developed a lot of skills in my understanding of financial markets. What i really enjoyed is talking to many people and learning from them. furthermore i gained some hard skills in coding etc.
Responsibilities
Again i depends on the rotaion. It seems obvoius that you do not get the same responsibilities when you work in trading compared to a role where you do not have direct market exposure.
Support & Guidance
Could ask a lot of questions but was also forced to do stuff myself, which enhaces the learning progress
Culture
Cool Freindly and welcoming culture
Your Impressions
a lot, great experience, would recommend to everyone to get a sentiment how life in markets would be
Yes
If you are motivated and keen to learn than then there is nothing to worry about.
