Overview
The insight program provided an introduction into the variety of tech roles across Lloyd banking group and how they work together. We had a series of case studies in building the bank of the future where we brainstormed in teams and created solutions for different problems identified by the bank.
Skills
Yes, Teamwork is absolutely important! I am working on continuous development of my communication skills because I have excellent skills that needs to be expressed appropriately to be able to work effectively in Teams.
Business Insight
It made me see that I do have a lot to offer to the business. I will keep honing my skills to get me job-ready.
Culture
It was just a virtual insight program. Things felt good from the cameras. I'm afraid I can't give any meaningful feedback on this.
