A lot of technical discussion as well as development of excel skills

I was allowed to contribute to real client work and allowed to approach tasks by myself. They were always checked by a higher member in the team just to check.
Support & Guidance
Weekly catch up with my managers and given a personal connector buddy on the team if I ever needed to ask any questions. My team were friendly and approachable so easy to ask them questions

I really enjoyed it I got to explore the actuarial path as well as learning different things about myself socially. I learned alot of soft skills as well as technical skills too.
